Who is the Workshop for?

This one day hands on workshop, is specifically designed for HR Generalist and Specialist Senior Consultants and Managers to confidently implement a coaching approach into their daily work life. 

 

 

The workshop creates a safe environment to develop and implement a range of coaching skills including advanced questioning and communication within the context of the HR profession. An opportunity to put the coaching tools into practice will be presented and participants will leave the workshop with a plan for implementing their coaching skills at work.
