The structure of coaching works around your busy lifestyle
- Each session with your coach is 55 minutes
- You will have e-mail and phone access to your coach in between sessions
- Your sessions will take place on the phone or face to face in our Melbourne city premises
- Your sessions will typically take place 2-3 times every month dependent on your needs and schedule
- You will be able to complete follow up work at your own pace between sessions
