Vibrant Futures is a boutique coaching and development company based in Melbourne, Australia. Vibrant Futures works with individuals and organisations across Australia in the areas of leadership development, human resources and career fulfillment.
 

Vibrant Futures is composed of a small team of Professional Coaches, all of whom are former Senior HR professionals. Vibrant Futures combines their wealth of experiences and skills with their passion for people to create powerful coaching and development programs.

Michelle McCartan is the founder and Director of Vibrant Futures. With a long theoretical and practical background in international human resource management, leadership development and coaching it was Michelle's immense passion for making a tangible and meaningful difference in peoples' lives that led  to the establishment of Vibrant Futures in early 2008.
