Maree de Bondt

Global experience

Maree De Bondt is an Associate coach with Vibrant Futures and has more than 10 years experience in leadership, human resources and
organisational roles.

Maree's experience includes a breadth of Human Resource Management roles in the private sector, including the role
of Australasian Director of Human Resources for a global
hospitality provider. Maree has provided organisational
strategies to a range of businesses including Australian state and commonwealth agencies, as well as multi-national corporations and not-for-profit community based organisations.

Throughout her career, Maree has used coaching as a tool to help people achieve their goals and potential. To further
develop her skill in this area, Maree has completed a
Certificate IV in Workplace and Business coaching through
the Open Door Coaching group. Maree is a member of the
of the International Coach Federation.

Formal qualifications

Maree has completed a Graduate Certificate in Management Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Business (Hospitality and Tourism) and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology).

Maree lives in Melbourne with her husband and 3 young children.
