Cindy is an inspirational and results-oriented Leadership, HR and Career Coach, Consultant and Trainer. She is passionate about enabling individuals, leaders and teams to achieve organisational and career goals.

Cindy is a values-driven coach who believes that success is determined by the level of 'engagement' you experience. Engaged people are happy and feel fulfilled and hence, achieve greater outcomes both personally and professionally. The key is to unlock what engages us so that we can experience new levels of success.

By focusing her clients on the things that enable them to grow and shine, Cindy creates significant transformational change in her clients. Cindy believes that through greater self-awareness of what inspires and uplifts us and by gaining clarity of our natural born gifts, we can then begin to work our strengths and maximise our potential.

Cindy brings more than 15 years of combined experience in the art of Human and Organisational Effectiveness through coaching, consulting, training and leadership development.

Cindy has accumulated over 500 hours of Leadership Coaching with individuals and teams and coached corporate clients throughout Canada and Australia.

Cindy has held a variety of Human Resource Management and Organisational Development Management roles in the corporate, non-profit, and government sectors that have allowed her to leverage perspectives from internal and external vantage points.
